Reserve a Table

1. Reservations

• Standard table reservations will be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time before being released.
• Paid birthday party reservations are guaranteed and are exempt from this release policy.

2. Table Priority Policy

• Prepaid table reservations and paid packages receive first priority for table selection and placement.
• Free table requests are not guaranteed and are accommodated only after prepaid reservations, based on availability and first-come, first-served order.
• If a free table request is accommodated, guests may receive up to 3 hours of table time.
• A table is guaranteed only after the required deposit or package payment has been received.
• Send a screenshot of your payment to 347-699-6596 so we can verify and secure your table.
• Reserved tables must be claimed by the scheduled reservation time.

3. Late-Night Events

• There are no free table reservations for late-night events.
• Late-night tables require a paid table reservation or package.
• Door admission is separate from table reservations and follows the advertised cover policy. For example, No Cover Until 11 PM means guests arriving before 11 PM enter free, subject to capacity. After the cut-off time, normal door cover applies.
• Walk-up tables, when available, are first-come, first-served and are not guaranteed.

4. Capacity & Admission

• On Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, entry may be paused once we reach capacity.
• We strongly recommend arriving early to ensure admission.

5. Refund & Transfer Policy

• All sales are final and non-refundable.
• Eligible prepaid reservations may be transferred to another available date in accordance with 95 South’s reservation policy.
